IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING COVID-19

Last updated 28/05/2021

The safety of our customers, staff and the wider community are our top priority. During these uncertain times, we have temporarily made some changes to our floral designs, in-store assistance and delivery process. Please read below for more information.

As information regarding COVID-19 restrictions is rapidly changing, please phone us on (03) 9776 7176 if any clarification is needed regarding our business operations. All changes implemented will be based off advice given by the Victorian Government.

At the end of Lockdown 4.0 (expected to be Friday 11/06/2021), we will return to an open retail space. However, there will be some requirements as requested by the Victorian Government:

- Maximum of 4 people at one time in store

- Masks must be worn

- QR Code for check-in (or written details)

*The information below is relevant only during periods of 'lockdown' whereby non-essential retail are permitted to continue operating online.*

Pre-arranged Pick Up or Delivery Only

We respectfully ask that you limit your presence in our store by organising in advance a contactless pick-up or a delivery.

Delivery Times

We ask that no special time requests are made unless they are for a funeral home. We are experiencing a high influx of orders and can only work with limited staff and cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. All orders placed will be delivered by 6:00pm on that day. We're very sorry for any inconvenience and thank you kindly for your understanding and patience.

Contactless Delivery

To abide by the social distancing rules and regulations that have been introduced, our drivers have been practising contactless deliveries to ensure the safety of your loved ones, and theirs. Our couriers will place the flowers in a position accessible to the recipient before knocking on the door and notifying them of their delivery, all while maintaining their social distance.

Temporary Substitution

As illustrated in the photos on our website, no two arrangements look identical. This can be attributed to the fact that  Mother Nature produces no two flowers the same, and that our florists  each have their own artistic flair.

Oftentimes, where a certain flower is not available, we have substituted it with a flower of similar shape, colour and size. This will sometimes change the overall 'look' of the arrangement, but we will always strive to make it just as beautiful. Over the next few weeks and months, this will occur more frequently as we are faced with a new hurdle - limited flowers.

We ask for your patience during this time of erratic flower supply. The COVID-19 crisis has had a chain reaction on the flower industry and with fewer international flights, there are now fewer imported flowers. We always source local first, and only use imported flowers when necessary, but now there are many other florists (and big chain supermarkets) buying local stock. This of course, is a great win for our amazing flower growers, but with this new and unprecedented demand, the crop of our local Aussie flower growers have been exhausted. Our growers have been working tirelessly to keep up with new demand, but there is no fast-forward button on plant growth.

We will continue to make your arrangements as close possible to the photos shown, but please bear in mind that some substitutions will be inevitable.

We thank you for your patience and your understanding.
