What is your same-day delivery cut off time?
Our cut off time for same-day delivery is 1:00PM Monday - Friday and 12:00PM Saturday. Should you request for same-day delivery after this cut off time, we will contact you to advise that flowers will be sent the next day.
In the event you would like to send flowers ASAP, please give us a call on (03) 9776 7176 so that we can still attempt to carry out same-day delivery.
Can you deliver within a specific time range?
Yes! Please mention best time to deliver in the delivery notes, otherwise we will deliver in the afternoon (default).
Should you request an early morning edlivery, we advise that you place the order a day earlier to allow for its preparation.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees will change depending on how far the recipient's address is form our shop location. They typically range between $12.00-$20.00.
